Anyone have a recipe for fried macroni balls like Fridays Restaurant makes? - fridays restaurant recipes

I do not know whether it is the same as on Friday, but that Emeril integrate fried noodles and a website (foodnetwork.com should).

Some Web sites suggest using frozen Mac n 'Cheese Stouffer's, slightly thawed and formed into balls and wrapped in breadcrumbs, then freeze again, and then leave in fat at 350 degrees for three minutes, drain and serve it fried. Overcooking them may fail.
