Can a UK resident drive in the US on a provisional license with a licensed driver? - us license template
Please read this information before he answered:>> I am an American citizen, residing in the United Kingdom. I have an expired license, the United States, which was full before he washed in the United Kingdom. Now I have a provisional license (students) in the UK, but will come with a driver's license in the United Kingdom when we visited the United States. Can anyone tell me if this is allowed? Thanks

No. A provisional license does not apply outside the issuing country.
Yes. their codes are stricter than the United States, no big deal. Except in Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, and Georgia.
